Terms of Use
The terms that govern your use of this website.
1. Acceptance of these terms

If you use the website on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. About us
This website is owned and operated by Inovion Technologies ("Inovion", "we", "us" or "our"), a software development business based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. In these Terms, "you" means any person who visits or uses the website.
3. Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only, including learning about our services and contacting us. You agree not to:
- use the website in any way that breaks any applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system;
- introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code, or carry out any attack that disrupts the website;
- use automated tools to scrape, copy or collect content or data from the website without our written permission;

4. Information on this website
The content on this website is provided for general information about Inovion and its services. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but it does not constitute an offer, a binding commitment or professional advice. Descriptions of services, features, timelines and examples of past work are illustrative and may change. Mock-ups and sample data shown in images are for illustration only.
5. Enquiries, quotes and proposals
Submitting an enquiry or demo request does not create a contract between you and us. Any quote, estimate or proposal we provide:
- is based on the information you give us at that time;
- is valid for the period stated in it (or 30 days if no period is stated); and
- becomes binding only when both parties accept it in writing, or sign a separate agreement.
6. Services and project agreements
All services we provide, including software development, design, hosting, maintenance and support, are governed by a separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work agreed with each client ("Project Agreement"). The Project Agreement sets out the scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, acceptance, ownership of work, confidentiality and support terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a Project Agreement, the Project Agreement prevails for that project.
7. Fees, payments and taxes
Fees, payment schedules and payment methods are set out in the relevant quote or Project Agreement. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other applicable taxes, which will be charged in addition where applicable. Late payment may result in suspension of work or services as set out in the Project Agreement.
8. Intellectual property
The Inovion Technologies name, logo, and all content on this website, including text, graphics, designs, illustrations, code and layout, are owned by or licensed to Inovion and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and other applicable laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
Product names, logos and trademarks of third parties shown on this website (such as technology logos) belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the technologies we work with. Their use does not imply endorsement.
Ownership of software, designs and other work we create for clients is governed by the relevant Project Agreement.
9. Information you send us
When you send us information through our forms, email or WhatsApp, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We treat project ideas and business information you share during enquiries as confidential and use them only to evaluate and respond to your request. If you need a formal non-disclosure agreement before sharing details, please ask and we will be happy to sign one.
10. Third-party links and services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the website, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses, or that its content is complete or accurate. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inovion will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content.

13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inovion from any claims, losses, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.
14. Privacy

15. Suspension of access
We may suspend, restrict or end access to all or part of the website at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, or for maintenance, security or business reasons.
